By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the terms set forth in these Terms of Use, which constitute an agreement between you and GP, and you further agree to review these Terms of Use periodically to keep yourself informed of any modifications. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should leave the Site immediately. GP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time in GP’s sole discretion and, if you continue to use or visit this Site, you agree to be bound by such modifications.

Except as expressly set forth below, no material, including but not limited to the text, images, audio and/or video, and no software (individually and collectively the "Materials") accessed at the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way or decompiled, reverse engineered or disassembled. Certain materials on the Site are promotional in nature, e.g., photographic and book cover images, text files and media releases (collectively, the "Promotional Materials") and may be downloaded by members of the media (whether accredited or unaccredited) and other third parties, and GP hereby grants to such persons a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use, print and otherwise make a limited number of copies of the Promotional Materials solely for the purpose of writing about, publicizing and otherwise promoting the book, Wearing the Spider, GP, any other books or products or services published or otherwise offered for sale by GP, the author of any books published by GP, and any other promotional or public activities of GP; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to authorize the use or copying of the Promotional Materials for a misleading or defamatory purpose, and GP reserves the right to immediately revoke the license at anytime for any reason.

Modification or use of the Materials for any purpose other than viewing this Site or making purchasing decisions (except with respect only to the Promotional Materials which can be used as expressly set forth above) is a violation of GP's or such other sources' rights. Except to the extent use of the Promotional Materials is in accordance with the license granted above, the use of any Materials on any other website or networked computer environment without GP's express written consent is prohibited.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify GP's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of GP's offer to sell. GP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. GP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. GP may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. GP may automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to you.

GP has provided links with other internet websites that are maintained by third parties, including our authors, organizations of which GP is a member and bookseller and payment sites. If you have indicated that you wish to receive emails from GP, your email address, and any other personal information you have provided, may be included in a database to be used to communicate with you, including notifying you about activities of GP, and to complete any transactions initiated by you.

This Site is operated in the United States and is designed and targeted to U.S. audiences and is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the United States. By submitting any information to our Site, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, are in the United States and that you accept, and are in compliance with, all of these Terms of Use. If you are located outside of the United States and you submit information to this Site, you do so at your own risk and initiative, and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
